The short version. The assessment, workbook, and action plans store everything in your own browser. Those answers are never sent to us, never stored on a server, and cannot be read by anyone — including Yvette. The only information we ever receive is what you deliberately type into a contact or signup form.

The one risk we cannot remove. Because your answers are saved in this browser, anyone with access to this device and browser could open them. If your device may be monitored or shared, please read the Safety Center before using this site, and use the erase button when you finish.

What the website itself collects

Nothing. There is no account system on the public site, no server-side database, and no tracking of what you answer. Assessment responses, journal entries, workbook writing and action plan progress are stored using your browser's local storage on your own device.

This means three things worth understanding:

You can export everything you've written to a text file, or delete all of it instantly, from the dashboard.

What we receive if you contact us

If you fill in a signup or contact form, or email us, we receive what you chose to enter — typically your first name, email address, and anything you wrote. That information is held in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and used to send you the material you asked for.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information. Ever. You can unsubscribe from any email and ask us to delete your record at any time by replying to any message.

How we handle email, deliberately

The members area

If you create a member account, registration, login, and any content you save there are handled by GoHighLevel. What you write in the members area is stored on their systems so it can follow you between devices — that is the point of an account, and it is a genuine difference from the public site.

You can export everything and delete your account and all its contents at any time, from the Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Payments

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Charges appear on your statement under a neutral business name that does not reference this site or its subject matter.

Cookies and analytics

[Confirm before launch] The site uses browser local storage to remember your progress. It does not use advertising cookies and does not share data with advertising networks. If analytics are ever added, they will be privacy-first, will not track individuals, and will be excluded from the assessment and workbook entirely.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Young people looking for help with a relationship can contact loveisrespect on 1-866-331-9474.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it promptly. Because the public site holds nothing, most such requests concern only an email address.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where we hold your email address, tell you.

Note to Yvette: this draft accurately describes how the site is actually built, which most template policies do not. It still requires attorney review before launch — particularly the members area, payments, and California-specific privacy obligations. Remove this box before publishing.
